City of Byron Bid Opportunities
The City of Byron from time to time accepts bids for various services, equipment, supplies and other goods. The City of Byron reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive formalities, to re-advertise and/or to award the contract in the best interest of the city, and to retain any and all bids for a period of thirty (30) days after the date of bid opening.
Specification Packages are available by download below, or in the City of Byron Deputy City Clerk's Office. All bids are to be in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Bid Proposal" and submitted to the Deputy City Clerk’s office in person or by mail prior to the stated deadline.
